Prior to DynEco; I have an assortment of horor stories and a list of companies that I would not deal with again or only deal with for specific things. I was introduced to DynEco when the last company I worked for started using them as the main service provider for their fleet of vehicles. Service was always good and reasonable priced. At that time, I worked out of town a lot and was not using them for my personal vehicles yet. However, when I switched companies and was then responsible to obtain and maintain a small fleet of vehicles; I decided to use DynEco. After awhile, I started using DynEco for my personal vehicles (my truck, wife's car, my jeep, etc.) as I was having a few reoccuring issues which the dealers and bigger shops were not handling well. This was one of the best decisions I made and my only regret is not making it 8 years ago when I first became familair with DynEco. Mark and his team are extremely knowledgable, professional, service minded and wonderful to deal with. They have efficiently managed to trouble shoot existing problems I had while providing an assortment of options to correct them, as well as, proactively identify potential future issues. Unlike many of the other service providers; if/when mistakes do happen, Mark holds his people accountable and owns it which has produced amazing results...I trust them! Mark has established an awesome service culture where DynEco staff will go out of there way to help a customer and every customer matters! DynEco is my first call or even text when it comes to vehicle problems and I recommend them to all my friends and family. |
