Did not expect to pay one hundred dollars for a extension cord to the block heater. But to have the service attendant tell me that somehow Dynapro saved me money was insulting. I expected to pay for cost and delivery with some service time of connecting it. I waited well over an hour, and during that time found that the wrong cord had been delivered, but used regardless. |

Worst experience I've ever had, customer service was okay but that's about it was not happy with Any of the work that was done I would rate it a 0 if it gave me the option to, but the 1 star can go to the few people I had talked too. People stay away from Canadian tire cause they have suspicion that they create more problems than they fix I brought my vehicle in numerous times to fix a issue that I originally brought my vehicle in for and till this day it still has not been corrected I've just paid in full and fixed what you guys thought was the problem. Never going their again I've already steered people away and will continue to do so. Nothing but a horror story for me at your company not happy at all. 5 grand later and I'm still having problems with the same issue I brought it in for.... |
